This workshop will give you plenty of scope for experimenting with a variety of ways to use your materials and your stitches. My aim is to help you to achieve the effect you wish to create by introducing lots of options and alternatives, and by sharing some of my favourite tips and tricks. Then you can apply any of the techniques discussed to create your own original designs, or some based on my samples.
You will need to bring along your favourite scraps of fabrics, and your expertise with needle and thread. We will design and make several panels, and discover ways of joining them together to create a concertina style display book or a hanging banner. You will learn all the skills needed to complete the project at your leisure.
